Tryva AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the tryva.ai website and Shopify application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

3. Image Processing & Storage

Uploaded photos (source images): Photos you upload for virtual try-on or AI Studio are transmitted to our AI processing partner (fal.ai) via encrypted channels. These source images are uploaded to fal.ai's temporary storage for processing, then handled according to fal.ai's data retention policy. Tryva does not store your uploaded photos on its own servers — they are processed in-memory and not written to disk on our infrastructure (Vercel).

Generated result images: AI-generated result images (try-on results, AI Studio outputs, Product Studio outputs) are hosted on fal.ai's CDN (fal.media) and remain accessible via their URLs. References (URLs) to these results are stored in your account data (Supabase database for saved models, browser localStorage for galleries and history). You may delete saved models from your dashboard at any time, and clearing your browser data removes local gallery references.

Browser-side storage: Try-on history, AI Studio gallery, Product Studio gallery, and setting presets are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use the data export feature.

We never use your images to train AI models. Your images are used solely to generate the results you request.

4. Shopify Integration

When you install our Shopify app, we access your store data (products, themes, script tags) solely to provide virtual try-on functionality on your storefront. We store your Shopify access token securely on our server (encrypted, never exposed to the client) and use it only for authorized API calls.

End-user (customer) data: The try-on widget on your storefront processes customer-uploaded photos in the same manner described in Section 3 — photos are sent to fal.ai for processing and are not stored on Tryva's servers. The widget tracks anonymous analytics events (widget loads, try-on starts, try-on completions, add-to-cart actions) with no personally identifiable information about your customers. We do not collect customer names, emails, or payment data through the widget.

8. GDPR & KVKK Compliance

GDPR (EU): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process personal data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in providing our services. We comply with GDPR data subject rights and Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks for data portability and erasure.

KVKK (Turkey): For users in Turkey, we comply with the Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Personal data is processed based on your explicit consent given during account registration. As the data controller, Tryva AI processes your data solely for the purposes described in this policy. You have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose, know third parties to whom your data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of your data under Article 7, and object to automated processing outcomes that are against your interests. Data Export: You can export all your personal data at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Export My Data. The export includes your profile information, try-on history (dates and categories), saved model names, and preset settings. AI-generated images are not included in the export as they are not personal data (they do not contain your likeness).

Third-party AI processing: Images are transmitted to fal.ai (San Francisco, USA) for AI processing. By using our service, you consent to this cross-border data transfer. fal.ai processes images under their own privacy policy and does not use customer images for model training.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
