How do I install the Shopify widget? ▼
After connecting your Shopify store in the dashboard, go to the Widget section and click "Install Widget to Store". The widget will automatically appear on your product pages. You can customize its appearance from the dashboard.
How many credits do I get? ▼
Free accounts get 6 credits to try all features. Paid plans start at $29/month with 100 credits. Credits can be used for Virtual Try-On, AI Studio, or Product Studio. Credits reset monthly on paid plans.
Are my images stored permanently? ▼
No. Uploaded images are processed by our AI engine and not permanently stored. Generated result images are available in your dashboard until you delete them. We never use your images for AI training.
What Shopify permissions does Tryva need? ▼
Tryva requests: read/write products (to publish AI-generated images), read/write themes and script tags (to install the try-on widget). We only access data necessary for the virtual try-on functionality.
Can my customers try on clothes on my store? ▼
Yes! Once you install the widget, your customers will see a "Try On" button on product pages. They can upload their photo and see how the garment looks on them — all powered by AI, no special hardware needed.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Plan". Your credits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What image quality should I upload? ▼
For best results, upload clear, well-lit photos. Product images should show the full garment on a clean background. Person photos should be full-body with good lighting. We recommend at least 512x512 pixels.
